Job summary

Capital Technology Alliance is seeking a seasoned Training Lead to design, implement, and manage enterprise training programs. You will develop curricula, implement instructional design strategies, and create multimedia learning materials to support large-scale modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of training experience, ERP familiarity, and strong collaboration skills to drive training across private and government sectors. Onsite in Tallahassee, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years of training experience including curriculum development.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
• Minimum of two (2) years of training management experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, business process transformation, and enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM), and learning technologies.
• Experience supporting large private-sector, public-sector, or government technology modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, technical writing, and training program management.
• Experience developing job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and multimedia learning materials.
• Advanced curriculum development and instructional design skills.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of two (2) years of training management experience.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, business process transformation, and enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies, and learning technologies.
• Experience supporting large private-sector, public-sector, or government technology modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of curriculum development, technical writing, and training program management.
• Experience developing job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and multimedia learning materials.
• Advanced curriculum development and instructional design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create and maintain effective collaboration among team members.
• Ability to keep stakeholders appropriately informed.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from executive leadership to end users.
• Experience interacting with functional groups within accounting organizations to communicate and clarify customer requirements.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
• Experience working under the general direction of senior-level management.
• Ability to identify training gaps and develop solutions that improve workforce readiness.
• Experience working with the State or other government organizations of similar size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
• Knowledge and/or experience with the Florida Accounting Information Resource (FLAIR) subsystem.
• Knowledge and application of finance and accounting practices.
• Knowledge of the Florida PALM project.
• Knowledge and application of State of Florida financial, accounting, budgeting, procurement, or grants management processes.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for end-to-end execution of tasks and assignments.
• Demonstrated experience leading training initiatives.
• Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Association for Talent Development (ATD), Prosci Change Management, or a related certification is desirable.
