Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant project management experience.
• Experience delivering technical training in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate with companies, colleges, or internal SMEs in design and development of training.
• Experience working in a start-up mode and in regulated manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for technology-intensive manufacturing clients.
• Deliver training, labs, curricula, and evaluation methodologies.
• Advise on equipment specs, tools, and safety standards in training initiatives.
• Coordinate across multiple projects with internal SMEs and external partners.
