Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or five years of equivalent technical experience.
• Experience delivering technical and pneumatic training is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage audiences with hands-on activities and demonstrations.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and training records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of technical training programs and materials.
• Deliver in-person, video, and remote training to employees, distributors and customers.
• Maintain training records and LMS content under supervision.
• Demonstrate and teach automation, pneumatics, fluid power and related topics.
• Travel to SMC locations and customer sites to conduct courses as required.
