Formación

• 10+ years of experience in technical training, field service, or technical support.
• 5+ years of leadership or senior trainer experience.
• Experience with EV chargers, electrical systems, industrial equipment, or related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of technical training strategies.
• Create standardized onboarding and certification programs.
• Evaluate trainee performance through written testing and practical demonstrations.
