Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a Technical Training Supervisor to ensure the delivery of training content that meets organizational needs. Working with Training Manager and Operations leadership, the Supervisor supports training objectives by proposing training solutions and overseeing content review, staff, and logistics for company-wide training.

The role requires deep oilfield knowledge and 5–10 years in gas compression operations, plus leadership in technical training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Operations of the gas compression industry.
• Over 5 years proven experience as a technical trainer in the gas compression industry.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline is a plus.
• Understanding of Adult Learning principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry knowledge on new equipment and ESG updates.
• Supervise technical trainers and manage training quality.
• Collaborate on planning training schedules and class utilization.
• Develop and review training content with subject matter experts.
• Oversee training lifecycle and report KPIs to leadership.
• Lead Training department goals and ensure deadlines.
• Maintain relationships across departments for training needs.
• Training Department P&L oversight.
