Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in hands-on oilfield service operations or operations support.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with safety facilitation and leadership.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and how they relate to operations.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations as they pertain to operations.
• Ability to formulate safety benchmark calculations (TRIR/DART).
• Ability to implement workplace safety requirements as mandated by customers.
• Ability to mentor operations personnel and lead safety initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of discussing safety with diverse teams.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Observe and mentor operations personnel in safe work planning and practice.
• Conduct field safety audits across areas to ensure regulatory compliance and safety performance.
• Assess customer safety requirements and create remedial plans.
• Attend customer safety functions and represent the company on a multi-area basis.
• Support safety training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in safety and environmental policy development.
• Maintain records of safety audits and share with EH&S Manager.
• Provide safety training including Defensive Driving, First Aid/CPR, and PEC Education.
