Job summary

Avangrid is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to conduct evaluations, update training programs, and develop complex training materials. You may serve as a lead trainer and coordinate internal communications in response to organizational needs.

Based in Augusta, ME, this office-based role reports to the Supervisor, Technical Training. A Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field is required, with at least 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training or instructional design.
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related area.
• Equivalent experience and education accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Administrates, organizes, and conducts training programs for corporate initiatives impacting CRC/customer service.
• Evaluates program effectiveness, reviews reports, and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Updates routine and standardized training programs to align with business needs.
• Maintains records of training activities and tracks employee progress.
