Avangrid seeks a Technical Trainer in Augusta, ME to design, update, and deliver complex training programs for customer service and corporate initiatives. You may lead junior staff and monitor training effectiveness, maintaining records and reporting on progress.
The role requires at least 3 years of experience, a bachelor's in instructional design or related field, and ability to work in an office environment. A strong knowledge of training systems and internal communications is preferred.

The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $86,500 to $109,500,000 plus up to 16% bonus
Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications as necessary. Updates and conducts as necessary, routine and standardized training programs. Develops and conducts complex training programs and associated internal communications in response to organizational needs. May serve as a lead trainer to junior staff. Conducts quality monitoring of customer representatives. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs.
