Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of instructional strategies for technical training, safety protocols and regulatory compliance in electric operations.
• Create engaging, inclusive and accessible instructional materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop content and assessments.
• Develop curricula based on governance inputs and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor program effectiveness using data-driven metrics and learner feedback.
