CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO is seeking a Technical Trainer in Augusta, ME. The role focuses on developing and administering training programs to support customer service initiatives, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and lead training efforts.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field and at least 3 years of experience in training, plus familiarity with customer information systems and formal management processes.

The salary range for this position is based on experience level ranging from $86,500 to $109,500,000 plus up to 16% bonus
Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of training programs and recommends modifications as necessary. Updates and conducts as necessary, routine and standardized training programs. Develops and conducts complex training programs and associated internal communications in response to organizational needs. May serve as a lead trainer to junior staff. Conducts quality monitoring of customer representatives. Maintains records of training activities and employee progress and monitors effectiveness of programs.
