Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver technical training programs for a global service network.

You will create instructional materials, coordinate with SMEs across Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing, and run webinars and hands-on workshops to enhance technician and support staff skills. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical training, strong content development abilities, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in training in a technical or mechanical industry.
• Familiarity with developing professional content (e-learning, videos, SOPs, job aids).
• Ability to present training content clearly and visually engaging.
• Coordinate and deliver virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Ability to work with SMEs and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product).
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50% for on-site events.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training materials for technicians and support staff.
• Identify training needs with SMEs and leaders across Marmon.
• Collaborate with Engineering to learn new products and update materials.
• Conduct regular learning needs assessments and update content accordingly.
• Independently run webinars and in-person workshops for hands-on learning.
• Maintain records and communications of training conducted.
