Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. seeks a Technical Trainer for Internal University to design, manage, and grow internal technical expertise. You will build curricula, certification frameworks, and role-based development paths, ensuring scalable training aligned to service demand and customer outcomes.

Partner with Engineering, Support, and Field teams to embed certifications into performance and development, and drive measurable improvements in diagnostic quality and service execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, engineering, Learning and Development or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or training.
• Experience designing structured training or certification programs.
• Strong understanding of adult/technical learning, diagnostic troubleshooting, and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Internal Technical University framework across Marmon.
• Develop structured curricula, certification frameworks, and role-based development paths.
• Align training with real-world service delivery and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Field, and Ops to integrate updates.
• Measure effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum and certifications.
