Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to develop and deliver training content supporting the DHA, DAD Infrastructure & Operations within the Global Service Center and EITSI teams. The role leads trainers and coordinates across time zones to create curricula for MTF, DHA, GSC staff, and contractors.

You will craft training guides, lesson plans, assessments, and knowledge bases while ensuring government standards are met and aligned with contract requirements. Travel 10–20% may be required.

Qualifications

• DoD security clearance (ADP II Public Trust) or ability to obtain one.
• Familiar with curriculum development and training standards.
• 5 years with a BS/BA; 9 years with a high school diploma.
• PMP certification a plus; Security+ CE a plus.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL practices.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Train DHA personnel to Government specification.
• Ensure materials meet GSC Service Operations standards.
• Develop core training curriculum for current and transitioning services.
• Write training guides, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Develop quick-reference guides and knowledge base articles (ServiceNow).
• Lead a small team of trainers and coordinate with stakeholders.
