Qualifications

• Foreman in electrical construction with proven crew leadership.
• Experience leading field operations and developing employees.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and training locations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive technical-training strategy.
• Leads Foreman Foundations and other leadership programs.
• Oversees Project Manager Development Program implementation.
• Provides leadership and performance management to direct reports.
• Partners with Operations, Safety, HR, and SME teams to align programs.
