Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical training function or program in a technical or operational environment.
• Direct management experience including performance management, staffing, coaching, and development.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and prioritizing training resources and programs.
• Knowledge of instructional program management and adult learning principles; relevant credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of technical training for an assigned function or organization.
• Establish training priorities, delivery strategies, and standards aligned with workforce needs and technical changes.
• Manage, coach, and develop training staff including performance management and succession planning.
• Partner with operational and technical leaders to identify training requirements and reflect current processes and standards.
• Provide direction on training methods, scheduling, resource allocation, and program changes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using completion, proficiency, assessment, and stakeholder feedback data.
