Job summary

CMC Rescue Inc seeks a School Instructor to deliver technical training, update curriculums, and answer customer questions about courses and equipment. This role may involve participating in marketing events and providing new product evaluations. The Sr. Instructor provides leadership for other instructors per class.

Responsibilities include coordinating travel and field sites, acting as liaison between customers and CMC, and ensuring safety, prep, and timely class delivery in varied environments.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent in fire education or training.
• State certification as a fire instructor or equivalent.
• Ability to develop and review training curriculums and manuals.
• Willing to travel to training locations and outdoors sites.

Responsibilities

• Instruct technical training programs using established curriculum.
• Confer with clients to assess abilities and tailor curricula.
• Maintain professional image, be prepared for classes, and wear safety gear.
• Document questions and feedback to Product Manager.
• Lead and support other instructors for a given class.
• Coordinate travel, logistics, and field site locations as needed.
• Provide continuity oversight and class evaluations.
