Job summary

Senior roles oversee other instructors, coordinate travel and logistics, and serve as a liaison between customers and CMC. A two‑year degree and state fire instructor certification are required, with First Aid/EMT and CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree from a two‑year college and state certification as a fire instructor.
• Complete Instructor Task Book within two years.
• Advanced First Aid/EMT and CPR certificates preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety in all training environments.
• Tailor curriculum to clients’ technical abilities.
• Lead technical training programs per company curriculum.
• Prepare for meetings and classes; maintain professional image.
• Coordinate travel and logistics for training.
• Act as liaison between customer and CMC; provide course materials.
• Assist in creation/review of course curricula and manuals.
