Job summary

Allied is seeking a Training Facilitator to design and deliver high-quality training programs for Risk Management Operations. The role combines hands-on facilitation with updating materials, including job aids and PowerPoint decks, in collaboration with RMO leaders.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage learners, and experience delivering both in-person and remote sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical training for Customer Service Solutions.

• Maintain current training materials and PowerPoint decks.
• Organize onsite and remote training sessions for new hires.
• Provide ongoing training on technical and professional skills.
• Plan quarterly sessions based on leadership input.
• Deliver assessments to participants and track metrics.
