Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for Risk Management Operations. You will facilitate technical sessions, design materials, and maintain job aids and PowerPoint decks in collaboration with business areas.

The role includes delivering onboarding, organizing onsite and remote sessions, and creating assessments to measure learning outcomes. A focus on engaging learners and maintaining up-to-date content is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to communicate with others effectively through interpersonal and written communication.
• Recognizes issues that might impact learning and performance.
• Maintains professionalism during course instruction and in office settings.
• Able to engage learners while facilitating learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training for the Customer Service Solutions unit.
• Develop knowledge through quality training programs on RMO systems and products.
• Plan onboarding to ensure employees understand policies and culture.
• Organize onsite and remote training sessions for new employees with current materials.
• Provide continuous training in technical and professional skills for all RMO employees.
• Create tests and identify program goals and KPIs.
