Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Instructional Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of technical training for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering technicians across in-person, virtual, and online formats.

You will blend adult learning theory with industry best practices, coordinating SMEs and using AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring aligns with business goals. This role may also support broader L&D efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3–5 years of broad L&D experience.
• Experience designing technical learning across field sites.
• Strong communication and collaboration with SMEs.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation.
• Experience with train-the-trainer delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate technical learning experiences for RME technicians.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align with skill gaps and client needs.
• Leverage AI to accelerate curriculum development while maintaining quality.
• Develop assessments using AI-assisted rubrics.
• Coordinate multiple content builds to meet deadlines.
• Observe training sessions to inform iterative design.
• Partner with L&D to set future needs.
