Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Learning & Development team seeks a Technical Instructional Design Manager to craft, coordinate, and drive training for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering technicians across in-person, virtual, and online formats.

Lead content creation, utilize adult learning theory, and leverage AI to accelerate curriculum while ensuring rigor and consistency. Responsibilities include collaboration with SMEs, trainer coordination, and content evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Reliability and Maintenance Engineering training/L&D preferred.
• Ability to connect with maintenance, operations, engineering, and corporate support roles.
• Experience with LMS and design software (e.g., Articulate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs to scope, outline, and design technical learning aligned with skill gaps and client needs.
• Applies adult learning theory to create effective solutions for learners and trainers in the field.
• Develops and iterates content using AI-assisted tools while maintaining brand voice and rigor.
• Evaluates training effectiveness via feedback and post-training proficiencies on equipment.
• Oversees multiple content builds and communicates roadblocks and changes to leaders.
