Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a learning and development professional to deliver and implement learning experiences that build workforce capability aligned to defined pathways and business priorities.

You will lead facilitation across classroom, virtual, field-based, digital, and on-the-job training, coach instructors, and ensure quality delivery across sites, partnering with site leadership and SMEs to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field with eight years of training delivery experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with twelve years of training delivery and supervision experience.
• Experience delivering learning in classroom, virtual, field-based, and on-the-job environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, field-based, digital and on-the-job training environments.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate instructors to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery.
• Build relationships with learners and adapt facilitation techniques to audience needs.
• Provide coaching and reinforcement to strengthen skill development and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain delivery standards and processes across locations and programs.
• Plan and coordinate training operations including scheduling, resources, and logistics.
• Partner with site leadership and SMEs to keep learning solutions relevant and effective.
