Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years of related experience or ten years of related work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Mentor instructors and develop competency-based materials.
• Document results in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Participate in train-the-trainer programs and continuous improvement.
