Freeport-McMoRan Inc. is looking for a skilled trainer to develop employees’ safety compliance and advanced operations. The role blends pre-developed materials with hands-on, field-based instruction to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met.

You will deliver simulation-based training, assess performance with standardized tools, and support continuous improvement across a collaborative team focused on workforce capability and safe job performance.

Qualifications

• Must have completed higher education or equivalent field experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and training in field environments.
• Strong English communication and safety instruction skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulation-based and hands-on training to build competencies.
• Provide technical support to resolve equipment and system issues.
• Facilitate classroom and field training to meet standards.
• Mentor instructors and contribute to competency-based materials.
• Document results in the LMS and participate in program improvements.
