Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Manager Technical Training - Delivery to lead learning experiences across classroom, virtual, field-based, and on-the-job environments. You will ensure high-quality facilitation, coaching, and delivery aligned with learning pathways and business priorities.

The role partners with site leadership and SMEs, builds instructor capability, and maintains delivery standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills that create engaging, learner-centered experiences across diverse environments.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and linking learning to job performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities with learners and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, logistics, and multiple priorities in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate learning experiences across classroom, virtual, field-based, digital, blended, and on-the-job training environments.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate instructors to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with objectives and standards.
• Build relationships with learners, adapt techniques to audience needs, and manage group dynamics for successful outcomes.
• Provide coaching and reinforcement to strengthen skill development and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards and processes across locations, programs, and instructors.
• Plan and coordinate training operations including scheduling, capacity, resources, and logistics.
• Partner with site leadership, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure relevant learning solutions and continuous improvement.
