Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Chaska, MN is seeking a Technical Training Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season.

This full-time, 6-month role supports the APS Technical Training team in developing and administering employee training programs at Minnesota sites. You will help with training documentation, LMS activities, analytics, and project-based initiatives to enhance workforce capability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, HR, Marketing, or Interdisciplinary Studies).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact across functions.
• Analytical mindset with interest in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, revision, and organization of training materials and resources (technical training focus).
• Assist with LMS administration including enrollment tracking and reporting.
• Analyze training data to identify completion trends and compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, and operations to support onboarding and workforce initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects on training effectiveness and knowledge management.
