Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Technical Training Co-Op for the Spring 2027 season at our Minnesota site. The role is full-time for 6 months, supporting the APS Technical Training team with training program development, documentation, LMS activities, and analytics.

You will collaborate with trainers, SMEs, and operations to boost onboarding, qualification, and workforce development initiatives, while contributing to continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation, revision, and organization of training materials and resources.
  • Assist with LMS activities including enrollment tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze training data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with trainers and operations to support onboarding and development.
  • Participate in projects focused on training effectiveness and knowledge management.

Job Title: Technical Training Co-Op Job Description: Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission.

The Role: Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a Technical Training Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration. In this role, you will support the APS Technical Training team in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of employee training programs for the Minnesota sites. The co-op will assist with training documentation, learning management system activities, training analytics, and project-based initiatives that enhance workforce capability, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the creation, revision, and organization of technical training materials, work instructions, and learning resources.
  • Assist with administration of training records and learning management system (LMS) activities, including enrollment tracking and reporting.
  • Analyze training data and metrics to identify completion trends, compliance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with trainers, subject matter experts, and operational teams to support onboarding, qualification, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on training effectiveness, knowledge management, and employee development.
What We Seek:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across functions.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in training, learning and development, workforce capability, and process improvement

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or Interdisciplinary Studies Expected graduation year: 2027 or Spring 2028

Eligibility: Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
