Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Co-op for the Spring 2027 season at our Colorado Springs site. This full-time 6-month assignment supports the APS Technical Training team in developing and improving employee training programs, LMS activities, and training analytics.

You'll collaborate with trainers and operations to onboard, qualify, and develop the workforce, contribute to knowledge management, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or Interdisciplinary Studies.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions.
• Analytical mindset with interest in learning and process improvement.
• Expected graduation year: 2027 or Spring 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and organization of technical training materials.
• Assist with LMS administration, enrollment tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze training data to identify completion trends and gaps.
• Collaborate with trainers and operations to support onboarding and development.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for training effectiveness.
