Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact across functions.
• Analytical mindset with interest in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, revision, and organization of training materials and resources (technical training focus).
• Assist with LMS administration including enrollment tracking and reporting.
• Analyze training data to identify completion trends and compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with trainers, SMEs, and operations to support onboarding and workforce initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects on training effectiveness and knowledge management.

This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.In this role, you will support the APS Technical Training team in the development, administration, and continuous improvement of employee training programs for the Minnesota sites.
