Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Technical Trainer- Internal University to design and grow a scalable training program for aftermarket and internal teams.

You will build curricula, certification frameworks, and development paths, partnering with Engineering, Customer Operations, Support, and Field teams to improve diagnostic quality and service execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical, engineering, Learning and Development or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in technical support or field service.
• Experience designing structured training or certification programs.
• Strong understanding of adult/technical learning principles.
• Knowledge of diagnostic troubleshooting and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the Internal Technical University framework.
• Create structured curricula and certification frameworks.
• Develop role-based development pathways.
• Align training with real-world service demand.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, Field, and Ops.
• Measure training impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Enable trainers with structured curricula and delivery standards.
• Ensure content governance and standardization.
