Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Technical Sales Training Instructor to design, build, and deliver learning for internal Vertiv sellers, distributors, and partners. The role contributes to the Americas Sales Training team, creating learning assets across modes and building certification paths aligned with other programs.

Daily activities include instructional design, delivery of instructor-led and online sessions, and Elearning development in Rise, requiring advanced skills and collaboration with subject matter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with instructional design focus.
• Instructional design and instructor certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-profile, high-impact Sales training programs in instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Define and manage program objectives and competencies for the Americas and global use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to position Vertiv against competitors.
• Design and implement training labs for remote access and hands-on learning.
• Standardize learning/mentoring plans for recruiting and onboarding new associates.
• Develop internal relationships with Offering and Marketing teams for beta product versions.
• Understand target associate personas to tailor instruction.
