Job summary

KHS USA Inc. in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Professionals Technical Trainer to deliver and develop training for customers and internal teams on operation, maintenance, and electrical aspects of designated KHS equipment.

You will train and mentor Field Service Technicians, assist in creating training materials, and collaborate with sales on training needs. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ED/Industrial Engineering is required, with at least six years in service and training and willingness to

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and ability to speak to groups.
• Adult learning principles demonstrated in teaching.
• Knowledge of KHS machine groups; strong mechanical understanding and PLC/electrical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and possess valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for customers, KHS employees and international customers on operation, maintenance and electrical aspects of designated KHS equipment.
• Trains, mentors and supports KHS Field Service Technicians by defining training plans.
• Supports training material development and assists in training documents, programs and lesson plans.
• Supports training sales through proactive communication with customers.
• Presents information using varied instructional techniques (role plays, simulations, videos, lectures).
• Completes training and expense reports and other documentation for visits and service activities.
• Provides management with timely verbal/written reports on training projects.
• Follows all KHS policies and maintains professional image.
• Maintains uniform and professional conduct.
