Job summary

KHS, a subsidiary of Salzgitter AG, is seeking a Training Specialist to conduct and lead training for customers, employees, and international clients on operation, maintenance, and electrical aspects of KHS equipment.

The role involves mentoring field technicians, developing training materials, and supporting sales through proactive customer communication. A strong PLC/electrical background and travel flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and confidence to speak in front of groups.
• Didactical attitude and knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Skilled in creating and developing training resources for internal and external customers.
• Subject matter expertise on one or more KHS machine groups.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and PLC/electronic proficiency used in KHS machines.
• Travel up to 50% and valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for customers, KHS employees, and international clients on operation and maintenance of KHS equipment.
• Mentor and support KHS Field Service Technicians; define training plans.
• Help design training documents and programs for customers and internal teams.
• Assist training sales through proactive customer communication.
• Deliver varied instructional sessions and prepare concise training reports.
