Job summary

KION Business Services Polska seeks a Technical Training Specialist/Electrical & Controls Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality programs for internal and external stakeholders. You will cover operations, maintenance, and control systems while integrating Dematic solutions into material handling environments.

The role requires strong PLC experience, exceptional training and communication skills, and the ability to adapt curricula for traditional and digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering training for customized products and systems in material handling or similar industries.
• Strong experience with PLCs and industrial controls (AB and Siemens preferred).
• Able to read and interpret industrial mechanical and controls drawings and design requirements.
• Excellent communication and training skills with attention to detail.
• Desire to help others learn and adapt curriculum quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs covering operations, maintenance, controls, equipment, software, and customer solutions.
• Explain how Dematic’s solutions integrate into material handling systems.
• Update curricula and training materials for traditional and digital delivery platforms.
• Act as subject matter expert and contribute to student guides and training content.
• Assume greater responsibilities as knowledge of equipment grows.
