Qualifications

• Five years of technical experience in Welding and Fabrication.
• Three years of technical experience on Diesel Engines.
• Ability to implement the A.D.D.I.E. Process.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers technical training programs.
• Assesses trainees to measure progress.
• Collaborates with internal/external resources.

Skills

Technical aptitude in Welding

Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement methodologies

Oral and written communication skills
