Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working on construction equipment.
• Two to four years technical training experience preferred.
• Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program (CIAP) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers technical training programs for employees and customers.
• Assesses trainees to measure progress and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintains regular attendance and prompts the use of values-based leadership.
