Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver technical training programs, coach repair center staff, and ensure technicians have the knowledge to repair vehicles properly and safely.

You will work with regional and market leadership to identify training needs, improve technical capabilities, and support ongoing technician development across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organize work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate and cooperate with all staff levels.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs in the assigned area.
• Coach technicians and monitor application of skills in repairs.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify and address training needs.
• Support QC processes and ensure safety in repair work.
• Develop and improve training clinics and materials across networks.
