Qualifications

• Required
  • MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) Certification
  • 3 years of equivalent work experience

  • CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) Certification
  • Degree in information technology or related field
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Familiarity with Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, iOS, Android, and SharePoint 365
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, and lead training programs
