Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Zone Service Supervisor to lead field technicians, oversee installations, and ensure safety standards across the Zone. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, plus supervisory experience and ASAPP Level 3 certification.

You will work with the District Service Manager and Installation Manager to optimize service projects, train staff, and improve customer outcomes while maintaining inventory, scheduling, and quality.

Qualifications

• Extensive mechanical and electrical experience required.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Must have Level 3 ASAPP certification and related training modules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service and installation projects within the Zone.
• Provide safety training and quality oversight.
• Coordinate scheduling with Service/Installation Coordinators.
• Audit subcontractor performance and remedy issues.
