Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a district leader to oversee installation and service across the region. You will manage safety, training, and operations, coordinating with VP Service and district sales to optimize profitability.

The role requires a strong background in field service or construction management, with 10+ years overall and 5+ in leadership, plus travel and deep technical knowledge of blueprints and service tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ten or more years in field service or construction management, at least five in management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Must be able to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proficient with Servicemax and Salesforce.
• Willing to travel 20%+.

Mansioni

• Oversee installation and service in the district and ensure profitability.
• Manage safety, training, and compliance for technicians.
• Forecast resources and budget; develop district strategy with VP Service.
• Supervise up to ten service/installation managers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with district leadership to optimize operations and profitability.
