Responsibilities

• Maintain a staffed service team while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Exceed profitability targets and manage service quality.
• Stay up-to-date on products and industry trends.
• Forecast staffing needs and hire technicians.
• Ensure technician training and progression.
• Ensure safety training and compliance.
• Enforce company policies and performance standards.
• Develop Technician Team Leaders for future opportunities.
• Coordinate installation support and subcontractors as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews with direct reports.
• Promote teamwork across departments.
• Manage service vehicle fleet and inventory levels.
