Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Director to oversee installation and service excellence across the district. You’ll lead installation and service managers, manage budgets, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, admin, and vendors. Travel and strategic staffing are key parts of this role.

You will develop district strategies, train technicians, monitor performance, and drive profitability while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with Servicemax and Salesforce; MS Office experience.
• Willingness to travel overnight 20%+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and service operations within the district.
• Develop strategy and forecast resource needs with VP Service and District Managers.
• Disseminate best practices and ensure technician training and development.
• Monitor safety policies, inspections, audits, and accident investigations.
• Enforce company policies and performance standards; manage budgets and expenses.
• Coordinate with service and installation managers to optimize resource use and profitability.
