Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an experienced TTL to lead the Service Zone for installations and service across the Milwaukee area. The role involves supervising technicians and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and safety, and supporting district projects.

You will train staff, provide technical assistance to the sales team on customer applications, and help manage inventory with district management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with ≥5 years of related experience
• ASAPP Level 3 certification and TTL trainings completed
• Strong supervisory, clerical, and customer relations skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise Service Zone technicians and subcontractors and provide direct labor support as needed.
• Ensure safety and training programs, promoting a safe work environment.
• Provide technical assistance to sales on customer applications and installation estimates.
• Coordinate scheduling of installation, repair, and service work to maximize zone profitability and timeliness.
• Train and mentor the Zone service team and subcontractors quarterly.
