Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Service Zone TTL to oversee installation and service projects across the Zone, supervising technicians and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality. The role partners with District Service Manager and Installation Manager to drive efficiency, training, and proactive problem resolution.

You will schedule work, monitor subcontractors, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand while controlling costs, with occasional domestic travel

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 5+ years related experience preferred.
• Must have been certified to Level 3 in the ASAPP and related training.
• Ability to read, interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service/installation technicians in the Zone.
• Drive safety, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate scheduling with Service and Installation Coordinators.
• Provide training and performance audits for zone personnel.
