SRS Distribution is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to steer daily development across Agile teams, architect scalable OutSystems solutions, and ensure alignment with security, governance, and enterprise standards. You will mentor engineers, own technical roadmaps with Business Analysts and Product Owners, and translate business needs into robust, maintainable software.

Formación

• Proven experience leading technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Advanced development and architecture design for web or mobile apps (OutSystems a plus).
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, MVC, and patterns for low-code platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API development.
• Intermediate or advanced SQL and data modeling (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle).
• DevOps practices including CI/CD and feature toggles.
• Experience with observability tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Application Insights, Dynatrace).
• Strong debugging using OutSystems Service Studio and browser dev tools.
• Ability to align technical work with business objectives and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience balancing speed, quality, risk, and maintainability.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day technical execution across Agile teams.
• Architect and guide OutSystems-based solutions with scalability and security in mind.
• Champion engineering best practices aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and platform governance.
• Coordinate with Team Leads for platform operations and incident resolution across teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production incidents.
• Monitor delivery metrics, technical debt, platform health, and engineering quality indicators.
• Facilitate technical estimation, sprint planning, and capacity planning with BAs, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
• Ensure technical documentation and knowledge access across the team.
• Drive delivery predictability by managing commitments, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Serve as primary technology representative for assigned business domains, translating business objectives into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, contribute to development, and foster engineering excellence.
