Job summary

SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Technical Team Lead – OutSystems Developer to provide technical leadership, domain ownership, and hands-on development across Agile delivery teams in McKinney, TX. You will guide developers, BAs, and QA to deliver scalable, secure business applications on the OutSystems platform while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Advanced development and architecture for web/mobile apps; OutSystems a plus.
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, MVC, and low-code design patterns.
Experience with REST/SOAP and API-first development.
Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical execution and oversee development activities.
Architect and guide scalable, secure OutSystems-based solutions.
Champion engineering best practices and ensure governance and platform standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
Mentor developers and support sprint work.
