Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Outsystems development, 3+ years in leadership, and strong communication skills, with Agile experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Outsystems certifications are a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience, specializing in Outsystems.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystem.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Outsystems applications aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Gather requirements from clients and translate into technical specs.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards.
- Stay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations.
- Lead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely milestones.
