Job summary

You will guide developers, BAs, and QA in delivering scalable, secure business applications on OutSystems, balancing technical strategy with delivery execution. The role combines architecture, governance, and active development, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading tech teams in Agile environments.
- Expertise in web/mobile app architecture and low-code platforms (OutSystems a plus).
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, MVC, and API-first design.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day technical execution across Agile teams.
- Architect scalable, secure OutSystems-based solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and platform governance.
- Mentor developers and contribute hands-on development as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and production incident resolution.
