Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in recruiting or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for technical roles.
• Outreach via cold calling, text, email and other channels.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline for present and future needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and market insights; stay ahead of trends.
• Explore AI-based tools to accelerate sourcing processes.
