Qualifications
- 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong experience utilizing AI-powered sourcing tools and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Ability to conduct talent market research and develop strategic pipelines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify qualified candidates.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to support hiring initiatives.
- Engage passive candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience.
